Rowingsolutions.com has been supplying top quality products and services to the rowing world since 1984.

Eight years ago, we found a need for a top quality safety/coaching/umpiring launch. We began building catamarans, as we believe that twin hulls have considerable benefits compared to mono-hulls. Our catamarans are far more energy efficient: they consume less fuel and achieve higher speeds with less horsepower and produce lower emissions. As a result, all our catamarans to date have gained certification from the Environment Agency that they have passed the "wash" test. Minimal wash means smoother running and protection of the riverbanks from erosion.

The multipurpose catamarans may be used for coaching rowing or canoeing, for umpiring at regattas or for rescuing people from the water, which is a major consideration when choosing launches. The rowingsolutions.com catamarans are very easy to drive, to load in and out of the water with the customised launching trolley and to tow behind a car.

Sports England has allocated lottery funding to "Project Oarsome", which is managed by the ARA (Amateur Rowing Association). This funding is designed to help rowing clubs across the UK improve their offerings to their members and attract prospective members. UK rowers are among our champion athletes and internationally famous for their Olympic successes. Suppliers to Project Oarsome have to undergo rigorous tests before receiving approval.
